Lisa Budd West Creek, NJ Lisa C. Budd, a native of New Jersey, first came to appreciate watercolor painting after seeing Winslow Homer's work at the Metropolitan Museum of Art during a high school class trip. In college, Lisa studied Interior Design and Architecture at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. As a self-taught artist, she credits the various workshops she has taken over the years at Pine Shores Art Association in Manahawkin for her continued growth and enthusiasm. Lisa is an associate member of the New Jersey Watercolor Society and a member of the Philadelphia Water Color Society and the Garden State Watercolor Society.
